It's incredibly important to us for you to be happy with the items you buy from us. All items can be returned within 14 days after you receive it. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll happily respond right away to help you start the return process for any reason, no questions asked. We'll give you an address to send it to, with instructions. The only stipulation is that the product must be in "new" condition and be shipped back in its original packaging, shipping paid by the buyer.
If an item comes to you damaged during shipping or defective from the manufacturer, we'll make it right. Notify us as soon as the damage or improper function is noticed (up to 14 days after receipt). Once we receive the item back for inspection, and on approval of a refund, the refund will be issued via the same form of payment that you initially paid for the item with. If we determine the product is defective, we'll also pay the shipping cost for you. Send us an email at email@example.com with the order number and a description of the problem, and we'll be in touch to help you through the return process.
However, if you receive the item in working order and it breaks or gets damaged because of rough handling, it being dropped, or something similar after you received it, we do not give refunds in those cases.
